Shipping Prices
New Zealand: We offer free shipping for New Zealand at this time.
International Rates: For international customers there are flat fees depending on location.
We ship NZ wide, also to Australia, Canada, the UK and the USA and the rest of the world.
Customs Charges On International Orders
For Australia, United Kingdom, USA and Canada, duty and tax are collected at checkout and pre-paid using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) Service, so your order should arrive without any additional fees.
In rare cases, customs authorities may reassess charges upon arrival. While we do our best to ensure accuracy, any additional fees applied by customs are outside our control and may need to be paid by the recipient.
All other international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) and customs charges may be levied by the destination country.
Customs charges (import duties/taxes/clearance fees) are NOT included in your order and will be payable upon delivery by the recipient.
All customs charges payable are the responsibility of the purchaser, not Transcend Art.
Refused shipments due to non-payment of customs charges will not be eligible for a refund.
Customs authorities require by law that we state the full dollar value paid for your order and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
We are unable to mark orders as gifts or declare a lower order value.
Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

Multiple Items Ordered
Note that some items may arrive in separate packages due to fulfillment location as for example with the fine art prints they are packaged by the print provider. There are also different packing requirements for different items and therefore may require separate packing. If you have received some of the items you ordered and not others, please be patient and know that all orders processed will be shipped out and your order is not lost or forgotten.

Delays
Please be aware that there may be delays on your order delivery due to events out of our control. Namely public holidays, peak periods, adverse weather conditions, staff shortages, flight availability, temporary closures.
Transcend Art is not liable for any of these delays and there will be no refunds issued unless the order is deemed lost in transit after a formal investigation.
If your order is taking longer than the estimated delivery time, check the submitted delivery address is correct and contact your local postal service.
Do not hesitate to contact me. The sooner we can investigate, the better. Investigations will not be lodged for orders 2 weeks over estimated delivery date.
Incorrect Item Received
If the item received is incorrect contact info@transcendart.store and this issue will be handled on a case by case basis.
Order not delivered
If your order was not delivered because no one was home or the parcel was not collected in time from a designated collection point, usually it will automatically be returned to the sender.
You are eligible for a refund (minus the shipping fee) after the order is received by us. back.
You can request for the returned order to be re-shipped at your expense.
A manual invoice will be emailed for payment of these shipping charges plus any additional charges.
Please note international orders can take a long time to be returned, this is beyond our control.
Incorrect shipping address
Please note that if you entered the wrong shipping address, and we delivered to that wrong address, refunds cannot be issued.
Refunds or replacements for orders lost in transit
Following a formal investigation by the shipping carrier, if an order is deemed as lost in transit, you will either be refunded for your order in full OR arrange for a replacement order to be sent.
