Returns Refunds and Damages
Returns due to an item not fitting are accepted within 10 days of delivery. The item must be unworn and unwashed.
This does not apply to sale, discounted or custom orders. Nor does it apply to items with obvious wear.
Returns due to change of mind aren’t accepted at this time so please choose carefully.
Orders are carefully packed personally unless it is one of the fine art prints packed by the print provider. The likelihood of damage or incorrect /faulty orders are low but on the occasion which this does occur, please email me at transcend.art@outlook.com.
Replacements or partial refunds to any items damaged in transit are offered depending on the damage and on a case by case basis at our own discretion.
Include supporting photos of the item, the packaging and the order number in the email.
